Terms of service for Iriska AI

The terms under which Iriska B.V. offers Iriska AI on iriska.ai. Drafted from what the product does; the gaps are the company's and counsel's to close.

DRAFT — not reviewed by counsel

This text was drafted from what the product's code does and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Every bracketed gap is a fact only the company or counsel can supply; nothing here has been invented to fill it.

1. The service

Iriska AI is an intelligence, management and advisory workspace for food businesses — restaurants, cafés and bars, hotels, specialty and food retail, and later producers, distributors and resellers. It is offered to businesses only; there is no consumer account. One account serves Iriska AI and the marketplace: registering on either creates one organisation for both.

2. Your account

You register with an e-mail address and a one-time code; there is no password. The person who registers an organisation represents it and confirms they may. Members and roles are managed on the shared account; the marketplace's own verification governs selling there.

3. The free base level and prices

A buyer-side registration opens Iriska AI's base level, which is free, with no card and no end date. Prices are not published; the product asks for no payment and contains no billing. Which features may become paid later, and at what price: [to be completed: which features may become paid later, and at what price (a pricing decision that has not been taken)]. A supply-side registration joins a waiting list and is charged nothing.

4. What the product is, and is not

  1. Every number the product shows carries its kind (read from a source, your own estimate, computed with its formula, a benchmark with its population, a model's inference, a scenario with its assumptions, a proposal), its confidence, its date and its source.
  2. Findings, digests and reviews are composed by code from the data on file; readings of documents and pages are inferences by a model, marked as such until a person confirms them.
  3. Nothing the product shows is a forecast, financial, legal or tax advice, or a guarantee. A scenario is a what-if with named assumptions; the product says what it cannot conclude beside what it can.
  4. Decisions are yours. The assistant reads and prepares; it never sends a message, places an order or acts outside the product on your behalf — those actions are denied by design.

5. Your content

  1. The figures you state, the documents you upload and the pages of your own website you ask the product to read remain yours. You grant Iriska B.V. what it needs to provide the service: to store them, read them into text, show them to you and your members, and process them as described in the privacy policy. Model weights are never trained on them.
  2. You confirm you may upload what you upload, and that the website you point the product at is your own. The product refuses addresses that are not public hosts.
  3. You can export everything and delete everything under Settings; the privacy policy says how.

6. Public sources

The product reads open sources — OpenStreetMap under the ODbL, Open-Meteo, Nager.Date, Eurostat, your own website within its robots rules — and keeps the attribution each licence requires on every stored row. It reads from Google only your own place, with your confirmation, and keeps its id only. When a source does not answer, the product says so and reduces its depth; it does not guess.

7. Acceptable use

  1. Use the product for the business you registered, not to collect data about other businesses beyond what it shows you from public sources.
  2. Do not upload personal data of others without a lawful basis, or content you have no right to use.
  3. Do not attempt to make the assistant act outside its capabilities, to reach other organisations' data, or to exhaust the model caps on purpose.

8. Availability

The product is provided as it is, without a guaranteed availability. Sources may be unavailable and the product says so on the screen; jobs run in a queue and may take a minute. Iriska B.V. may change or withdraw features; a feature not yet built is labelled with its phase, never shown as live.

9. Liability

[to be completed: the liability clause (to be set by counsel)]. As drafted: to the extent the law allows, Iriska B.V. is not liable for decisions you take on the product's proposals, for the accuracy of public sources, or for indirect loss.

10. Ending the service

You can delete your workspace under Settings at any time; it closes at once and is removed after thirty days unless you withdraw. Iriska B.V. may suspend an account that breaches these terms, with [to be completed: the notice given before a suspension (to be set by counsel)].

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by [to be completed: the governing law and the competent court].

12. Contact
